I found the issue. Yesterday I installed "Foxy Proxy Video Tool", it is wrapping network connections of browser to prevent them from "not" using the configured proxy. I guess it was also doing that to SabNZB, since it was HTTP proxy, it would be wierd things with the connection. ...
