Process and queue RSS while paused
An option to process and queue RSS feeds while paused would be handy in cases where SABnzbd is scheduled to pause. This would allow the queue to be previewed before manually resuming to prevent duplicates or unexpected/unwanted results etc. This would give RSS similar functionality to Newzbin book...

I had the same problem crop up yesterday as well. I traced it down to NZBMatrix bookmarks as well. Curiously, the other RSS feeds I had for NZBMatrix weren't affected, so it's just the bookmarks. I'm running 0.5.3 on a Synology DS209j NAS. I can post the logs too if need be. **Edit: feature reque...
