I have Queue and History in the same window, so clicking on the icon wouldn't take me anywhere.

What is the significance of the red circle exclamation point icon with a counter that can appear in the upper right of the main window next to the free space text? When I hover over it, I get a clickable link cursor. But clicking on it doesn't appear to do anything. Everything seems to work fine. I'...
