I think you have configured your host to your IP-address and macOS isn't liking that. Can you edit your sabnzbd.ini and search for the line "host = xxx" and replace it with "host = 127.0.0.1"? Ah thank you, that put me on the right track. I use the IP address rather than loopbac...
