none of the suggestions have helped. Turning off SSL helped for about 2 minutes before it started slowing til it stopped. Changed the temp folder and completed folder, restarted, shut down, changed port. It works for a few minutes then slows until it finally stops. Test download still won't download.

I just restarted my computer a few times and sab was working perfectly fine an hour ago. Now, however, it won't load. The webpage is empty. I've clicked it, and the icon shows at the bottom of my toolbar that it's one, it's the yellow symbol. But it just wont ever load. Anyone encounter this before?...
