Nevermind, I figured it out. Apparently there are two locations for paths. I'm not sure why, but I found the other place under categories. Somehow it was getting that path from there, not the folders tab.

Radarr getting invalid path from API
I have my download path set to c:\username\Downloads\completed and incomplete. Radarr thinks the path is Z:\Movies Download client SABnzbd places downloads in Z:\Movies but Radarr cannot see this directory. You may need to adjust the folder's permissions. It's not set to that path... It's wrong. Whe...
