Disabling the encrypted-password detection while still having + unpacking enabled fixed the problem. No more error messages or stoppings and the unpacking works just fine. Thanks a lot! I now also tried the installer version of SABnzbd v2.3.9 because I thought it might have something to do with the standalone version but I have the same problem there. No automatic unpacking of files even though the password is there in SABnzbd.
