I'm trying to prevent the hdd in my home server from spinning up constantly. In this process I've run procmon to show all acctivity on my D:\ volume. It seems that SABnzbd keeps accessing my hdd. I've uninstalled SABnzbd and removed all config files. Reinstalled from scratch and only setup my server...
