Downloaded 100mb file then throws up 'no suitable authentication method was found'

Hi all Partial noob here(!!!) so please bare with me... I've installed this on an Unraid setup which I've coupled with sonarr with xsnews subscription. When I download the Usenet it downloads but then shows up the subject line wording for everything, despite it appearing to unpack as I understand it...
