If this was a Windows 10 1903 issue, a lot of others would have reported it too. @Sander - I tried the curl option & it showed the same results. Fast speed after a reboot and slow speeds once SABNZBd is left running in the background. The other symptom I have seen is that I am not able to cleanl...

Yes I am using wired ethernet. Any tips on how do I go about debugging this?

After a slow download today, the ethernet interface went down. No websites would open. Only a sabnzbd force quit or a reboot could solve that problem.

Stuck at 2.4MBytes/s
I am running SABNZBD 2.3.9 on Windows 10. After a reboot, the throughput is fine (30MBytes/s). The longer my W10 desktop stays up the greater the degradation in speeds.
Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
