Seems you were right. I changed my port number in SAB from the default and edited that port again in my ASUS settings and it worked. Maybe somehow that port was being somehow taken up by something else? Who knows...works now though. Thanks!

Just a timeout.. Doesn't seem to resolve. Nothing noted in the sab logs. Maybe the connection request isn't even getting to it?

I am running version 2.3.9 on synology. I cannot access my sabnzbd config from outside my network (I didn't have this issue if I was running straight from my PC).
