There's a few things for me look at there.
I've also been advised (on chat) to run from source at startup and avoid the service route altogether.

Can't access web interface running as a service
Newbie installed Sabnzbd on media server a couple of days ago and all working fine. More convenient to run 'as a service' so set this up yesterday as per the official instructions.
