I am on 2.31, I updated in hopes of fixing this issue. The first screencap is 2.30, the second 2.31, the issue was not resolved.

Ah I see. In that case, might I make a feature request? I see there's an arrow to send a job to the top or bottom of the queue, but what I'd really like is the numbered drop down box so I can promote things in a specific order, like I could in smpl. Otherwise glitter seems to cover the bases for me....

Not sure I quite follow you there. Seeing as it is the 26th, assuming quota for the 26th is spent the 27th is when it should reset? Also I cannot pause downloading without manually resetting the quota. Is that what you want me to do? As it stands I've left things as they are, but made the change to ...

Ok, changed log level to debug earlier and left it sit. Checked at about 00:10 and nothing had happened, tried restarting sabz, after startup downloading sat at idle and then paused itself. Log is here:
