I am having trouble with downloads that include a Blu-ray file structure. It is deleting all of the folders and subfolders from the file structure and dumping everything from the download into one folder. Is there something I can do to avoid this?

I can't think of any way. Except maybe to write your own post processing script to do this, that scans the final directory of a job for such files. Thank you. I think I will just live with it.
