So after using Sabnzbd happily for years now, suddenly in the last couple days it's been behaving very badly. When I check on it, it will show the queue, stalled; the transfer rate is 0/s. If I restart Sabnzbd, it will spike up for a minute or so, then drops back down to 0 and stays there until next...
