I should've probably stated that this is on Ubuntu.

For some reason my SABnzbd connection randomly slows down and "idles" at a few bytes / second. It could do this for 20 minutes, or two hours. Then it picks up and works like normal (3-5mb/sec) per download - which is where it should be. Here is my config file: __version__ = 19 [misc] win_m...
