Today, all downloads works with normal

Can you try upgrading to SABnzbd 1.1.0RC3 (see https://sabnzbd.org/downloads)? And let us know if it happens there to? It seems that this version resolved that issue. Off topic: Now though, SAB wont download if I'm not setting all the items in the queue to force. It goes down to 0kb/sec with normal...
