Line Speed max's out at 250KB's not 25MB's
Starting yesterday, every download line speed will only max out at 250kb's. I have the line speed set to 25MB's, I have changed to 50MB's, 45MB's, etc. but the download will not change from 245 - 250KB's. I installed the latest version to 4.5.1 to no avail.
