Problem solved!
One of the SAB devs replied on Reddit.
Server was set to the SickBeard category only (not something I did intentionally, or at all from memory for that matter). But setting it to all categories fixed the problem.

Hi, I have pretty much exactly this issue, but not with everything. Currently have SAB 1.0 installed with CouchPotato 3.0.1 and SickBeard 507. Any show picked up by SickBeard works perfectly. Any movie picked up CouchPotato will show in SAB, but just simply not download. It doesn't time out, it does...
