I believe I may be encountering this issue as well. I recently reinstalled Windows 7, and downloaded version 1.0.0, but downloads are not appearing to start. They queue and populate __ADMIN__ folders in the "incomplete" folder, but do not download. They only display "0:00:00 left"...
