I downloaded the latest version of sabnzbd for my mac 10.13.4 and it will not start up. I tried deleting the program and still the same issue. I even tried deleting the program, shutting down my mac and rebooting and then re-downloading the program. But it doesn't load up. what can I do?

I use to get speeds of 10-15mb, now I am getting 45kb. The same thing is happening when I use the program utorrent. When I do a speed check on my internet I get 125 mbps. these slow speeds are only happening when I am using these programs. There is something happening inside my computer thats slowin...
