Re: How to update
Just go to the Downloads page here and click Download, it will get you the installer. When starting the first time it will take care of transferring all your settings. Just make sure your queue is empty before updating. Thanks for getting back to me that I won't have to reconfigure that it will tra...

How to update
I'm so out of it these days. I just don't have the motivation to keep current with all things computer. Main interests are elsewhere. Was into it for years and years, back in the days when Windows provided a newsreader. Anyway, I have Sab but it is saying my version is 0.7.20, so I guess it it outda...

Re: Going into Pasued mode by itself
Did a search before posting but just found a post that talked about being in Paused mode. But it appears I can un-pause but it can go right in to Paused mode by itself. I can take it out of Paused mode and it might download a bit then go right into paused mode by itself. I got it to sort of go throu...

Going into Paused mode by itself
First off I am on Windows 8.1 and using version 0.7.20, and it had been working fine on this PC for over a year. I use Astrweb. Anyway, all of a sudden after getting a few nzb's yesterday it won't download. The nzb appears to load in the program but just starts right off hung at "waiting" ...

Re: using two usenet accounts?
First, make sure you're using both the US and EU servers from Astraweb. Second, if you're still having trouble after turning on both the US and EU servers, then yes, it's a good idea to add an alternate backup. To add a second account as a backup just check the "Backup server" box on the ...

using two usenet accounts?
Seems that Astraweb as of late is always coming up short. So I was thinking about get a block account with another provider hoping to fill in the blocks. Is this a good idea? And if so, what is the best way to set this up in sabnzbd. Can you setup sabnzbd to initially grab using Astraweb automatical...

How can I be sure my connection is secure?
It used to be that sabnzbd would load in the browser without any warning using any browser. That was on a Windows 7 machine that is since died. Now I've just setup a Windows 8 machine and whenever I start sabnzbd it says connection is not safe. also I think it used to be 8080 and now it 9090 if that...
