The motherboard i have a M5A97 r2.0 ,i turned on wake on lan feature but i cant see anything about a time,also when it goes to sleep it keeps turning back on after only a few minutes.

I have my computer set up to go to sleep after 30 min,and i have sabnzbd running in the background and have it scheduled to only download from 2 am to 7 am in the morning,is there a way to have my computer in sleep mode and then at 2 am it would wake up by itself so sabnzbd could start downloading t...
