I agree but it is still working as of now...I've got all 7 connections on both servers working and it's maxing our around 10.5MB/s. I would love to get my full 17/18MB/s but I can live with this.

Honestly I think I probably just fixed it. The one thing I hadn't tried until right before I posted this was turning off ssl for the servers and switching to normal ports.
