Where? in categories? I removed the * from both the movies category and tv category and now my api's arent categorised and the downloads sit in the sabnzb/completed folder instead of going to their proper homes

Im actually running SAB on my QNAP NAS not windows but still, it must be paranoid

SAB leaving unpack folder behind
This is driving me wild.... Every time i download either a tv episode or movie they extract into the correct locations with the correct naming convention but leave behind the empty unpack folder. e.g. Downton.Abbey.S05E01.720p.BluRay.FLAC2.0.x264-EbP (folder) I have played with the sorting and categ...

Actually i've fixed it now, i googled what those numbers mean, set it to 777 and it worked a charm
Hopefully this will help anyone else that has the same issue
BTW is there any concerns with setting permissions to 777 full access? What do you set it to? and how the hell did it get on 766?

Ok so i tried setting the username password in sab back to my admin details and unfortunately theres no improvement Do you let SABnzbd set proper access rights (Config->Folders)? Sounds like a plausible solution as I was using the standard admin login when I first installed sab (which sets the folders up) and then added another user account later which I current access the NAS under. I'll try logging in with the admin account again and feed back my findings....
