If your friend is using the same Usenet provider and can download the same NZB then the Usenet provider isn't the problem. I suggest you try an alternative program like Grabit. Yes, our setup is identical excluding renaming directories. One things comes to my mind. Was this a very recent post? We've seen that Usenet servers need time to sync with other servers. Sometimes a bit of waiting is needed and a retry is needed. i believe it was 31 days old at the time we tested.
