Figured out my issue. It was actually my subscription to Astaweb. Back when I had the slower internet I only had the 10Mbit/s plan, I changed to the full unlimited version and we are now downloading full speed. Thanks for the reply jcfp!

I just upgraded my internet to 25M, and I am seeing a strange issue with Sab. Sab should be able to pull a constant 3MB download speed all of the time, however when it initially starts or starts after I pause it, it spikes up to 3MB and stays there for 20 seconds or so, but then goes down to 1.3MB a...
