All sorted.
Switched on ssl which spark never supported and changed port no. and server name and all works fine now.

I have recently changed my ISP and since doing so Sabnzbd has become unusable (download speeds dropped through the floor). I previously used spark telecom nz but am now with slingshot nz. Have tried various pc's and tried reinstalling with no effect. SAB works fine when i reconnect with spark teleco...
