No, "Final" means that it's not a Beta release. Release 0.8.0 will go Alpha in a month or so and it will (mostly) solve the path size problem for Windows. I just ran into this issue on Windows. Everywhere I look, I can't find an Alpha or Beta version of the 0.8.0 release. The only availab...
