Grml, "problem" solved. Sometimes even linux needs a complete reboot.
Restarting only sabnzbd+ did not help. Previous failed downloads upacked successfully.

I did, as mentioned in my first post. WinRaR on my system is updated to
5.10b4 (source was the rarlab binaries) and works via terminal.
But sabnzbd+ on my system still can't unpack them.

HI, since my source for usenet binaries is creating the archives using WinRaR5.x, my sabnzbd+ installation can't manage to unpack them by itself anymore. "Unusable RaR file" I am not really sure how to get it work. I updated my system winrar binaries to 5.10b4 ( rar --h ) and unpacking the...
