It turned out that I needed to add sabnzbd-service.exe to allowed list in Windows Firewall.
All is good now.

I've recently installed sabnzbd as service.
I've noticed i am no longer able to connect to it via SSL (via mobile, externally). It was working well before, as non-service.
What may be the issue?
