Similar issue for me too. Usually on a medium to large download (>7 or 8gb) it will frequently complete most of the download and then drop to crawling along at 0 - 2 kb for the remainder. I'm on EE (Orange) and can download similar sized files without issue (for example on megaupload type servers). ...
