Solved this. If the sab server starts with nothing in the "Post-Processing Scripts Folder", then the scripts fields are hidden. Something (me by accident or an update) removed the path to my Post-Processing Scripts folder, then after an upgrade, Sab restarted without access to the SabToSic...
