I guess I gave up too soon. It was the incomplete folder, I deleted and re created it and it's downloading fine.

Yes it happens all the time, I even did a fresh format and clean reinstall of everything and it still does it. Like right now I start it up (sabnzbdplus --server 0.0.0.0) it makes connections to blocknews and then shuts down and says "Killed" in terminal. I start it up again and same thing...
