Disabled 64bit tools through the gui instead of the config file and that fixed it.

Hi all, I came back from vacation and my sabnzbd stuff was not working correctly anymore. Everything is snatching/downloading just fine but after it finishes it moves the to the history queue and gets stuck on "Repair: Quick Checking" and just hangs and never completes leaving a huge queue...
