Debug logs sent for win7 and Linux. You'll find that files are well repaired under windows but not under Linux.

Did you check the windows log I sent you ? I can't tell you more about it except that it worked, or sabnzbd tell me it worked even if it's not right FYI, I use Windows 7 if it helps

I can assure you that under windows I get no problem (see in logs). And as you can see in logs I tested it multiple times from the same network, same time window. Does my windows laptop do something more than yours ?? weird
