I keep getting error messages saying Unpacking failed - path is to long

Hi Guys Can anyone please tell me where and how i can get my user name & password for Sabnzbd ( not forum ) , lost my info somehow , Trying to install Sabnzbd software , unable to complete as i lost info, Reson being hard drive gave up ghost before i saved the info Many Thanks Chippyman ( Newbie )
