Re: Please help!
6.15 seems to work. It launches, anyway, and goes to through the setup steps. Haven't tried downloading anything yet. One thing-- why does it keep asking for the API key every time I start it? Is that how it's supposed to be? I don't understand much about that, but I copied and pasted the thing unde...

Re: Please help!
I see no link to older versions on the SABnzbd site. And Google search for 6.14 didn't turn up anything. Is it supposed to be a secret where to find it? If not, may I have the link?

Re: Please help!
None. Just Little Snitch, but it has never asked about any SABnzbd connections.
Have no other Mac users ever reported this issue?

Re: Please help!
Yes, of course. I posted the screenshot a few messages ago. Didn't you see it? (All I did was block out my Hard drive name + my user folder name.)

Re: Please help!
Once again, no response except launching the process in Activity Monitor. Actually, the first time I typed it in, Terminal waited a second, then spit out the same line in response:
/Applications/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --console -s 127.0.0.1:8080 -b1 -l2

Re: Please help!
Ok, both of those did the same thing as the first part of the command by itself. It clearly starts SABnzbd in the Activity Monitor. But I don't see anything else. Unlike a regular application, there is no icon in the dock. If I look at the Applications available under the "Force Quit" menu...

Re: Please help!
Could you please clarify if you mean to type this full string?
Or just the new part?Applications/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --console-s 127.0.0.1:8080 -b1

Re: Please help!
I made sure SABnzbd was stopped before I tried the Terminal command. I can quit it by highlighting it and choosing "Quit Process" in Activity Monitor. After I type the command Applications/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --console in Terminal, no output shows, but it seems to accept the...

Re: Please help!
Obviously, it is starting, as I showed you above. Whether I double-click the icon or type that terminal command, it shows up in Activity Monitor as being launched and an active process. However there is nothing else beyond the fact that it is running, no interface, no options. And after typing the t...

Re: Please help!
On a mac, the folder is called Applications. And I did install it, because the icon "SABnzbd+" is sitting in the Applications folder, and like I said, after I double-click on it, Activity Monitor shows that it is running and supposedly using a lot of cpu (100%). http://img42.imageshack.us/...

Re: Please help!
I did that and now I can't tell what is going on. The terminal window returns what looks like the same code you just gave me: /Applications/SABnzbd.app/Contents/MacOS/SABnzbd --console Nothing else changes, but if I then try to quit terminal, I get: Do you want to close this window? Closing this win...

Re: Please help!
There is no fat arrow (assuming you mean the SABnzbd icon?). I don't think Notification Center is available in Lion-- I think it came out in Mountain Lion. btw, if I try to drag the SABnzbd application to the trash, I get the message: The item "SABnzbd+" can’t be moved to the Trash because...
