what do the extensions -s 127.0.0.1:8080 -b1 actually do?

Thanks for the help, i thought it auto logged but its doesnt seem to save logs too well when its crashing. SABNZB Keeps crashing and closing when downloading
Not sure if this is the wrong section to post in but My SABNZB server running on windows 7 keeps crashing. There doesnt appear to be anything in the logs, i'm looking in my user directory under local app data in the log file there and the last update was from the 26th but the server just crashed now...
