Ok - so now I understand that randomize_server_ip? <off> is just the default setting and it is in fact on. I am still having issues with slow download speeds though. Any thoughts.

Weird - when I checked the ini file it was set to (1) but when I check the config in sab it shows the check box checked but it is still set to (off). I am still have slow download speeds on multiple machines, both using win7 64bit.

A little more info: I installed SAB on another PC and I am getting the same results. I also tried newsbin pro on this pc and it is downloading fine. Both pc's I can't change the randomize_server_ip?
