It was the same queue that was previously stuck. I shut down SAB, renamed the installation folder. Ran the installer for 0.7.9 and then started SAB back up again. SAB picked up the previously downloaded queue and processed immediately. What had previously been verifying for the last 12 hrs completed...

I've renamed the 0.7.10 folder and reinstalled 0.7.9.

Verifying is now moving through very quickly and the par2.exe process is using less than 5% CPU.
On 0.7.10 the par2.exe process was using between 50 and 60% CPU and verifying wasn't progressing past the first file of a download.

Same here.
Only happened since upgrading to 0.7.10.
0.7.9 was fine for me.
