kB/s sorry type error

Hey guys, I am new to the whole nzb thing, my downloads peak around 400-500 kb/s ??? I have checked off the "randomize_server_ip", set the connections to a low number (currently 10), and the article cache limit to 128M as outlined in previous posts. Any help/guidance would be much apprecia...
