Not sure if it was/is Sabnzb causing the spikes. Task Manager would show the spikes under the performance graph(100% CPU+system lock) but you wouldn't see an application 100% under application process tab. The NZB's size vary, just tested on a 10.8gb loaded by it's self. But was downloading 3gb ones before. It seems to only happen when I max out my connection, or go close to it, 60meg/7.2 a sec. Doesn't appear to be the cache as I can see that cycling up and down and not coinciding with the CPU spike....
