I think it's is a rogue NZB,
I will reload the suspect NZB once my current que is down. I can then check the file size and implement what you have suggested.
I will keep the thread updated.

Hi I've checked my temp folder and completed folder on the file system they were both empty. I then used Sick Beard to request S01E01 of BBT. Hello, I have SAB 0.7.6 with PLUSH UI on Windows 7(32) which is integrated with SickBeard. While configuring SAB and SickBeard I realized that I had made a mistake.
