It was configured for

/volume1/Video/TV/

but it should have been

/volume1/video/TV/

Hi, thanks for that. The base folders already exist and can be used over my network share. What user does sabnzb use? I don't think I have specified one anywhere. I have just changed guest to have read/write in privileges for the Video folder and that doesn't seem to have made any difference :( http...

Hello all, Firstly I'm new to usenet in general, but sabnzbd and sickbeard et al are amazing. Soooo much easier! sabnzbd is running on my NAS fine, downloading all sorts, but when it comes to extraction it fails when creating the directory.
