I just downloaded a movie using couch potato and i get the same issue, here is a screenshot:

I did this, it seems to have worked. I also noticed if I had the folders open while sab was running it would run into issues writing or reading from the folder. Is this a windows issue or a flexraid issue? As soon as I closed the folders in explorer Sab would work properly.

I am getting this for downloads as well:
