Thank you ! The fact is that i'm hesitating betweeen getting a RPI or G-Box Midnight ( that contains more RAM, remote, case... ). With RPI i think it would be much simpler with raspbian, as it seems that no one have already installed SABNZBD on an android platform, but i'm a bit scared of seeing it ...

I wanted to know if there were any SABNZBD server or plan to do it for Android 4.0 ?

I'm going to buy a Android G-Box Midnight, but if i can't install SABNZBD on it, i'll change it to a raspberry pi.
