Defo wasn't the folder names, had them down correctly and the films are now in the folder as mentioned above.

This may actually have been something to do with windows and not SABNZBD.

I left it over night and just rebooted. For some reason the files now show up....

This isn't the first time i've rebooted either. Will o as you say and keep and eye on it

I have a strange one.... When my downloads complete (F:/folder/downloads for example) I navigate to the folder and there are no files there. However, if i do a search using Windows then the file shows up.....in the folder that was previously empty (and is still empty, only shows up in Windows search...
