Okay good news!!  I got it to work........    I uninstalled the program and installed an older version of the program 0.50..........i noticed it worked so I installed the newest version 0.53 over it and now everything is working......  I couldn't find any problems in the log in the sabnzbd-console.....

This only occurs when for some reason, SABnzbd cannot write the sabnzbd.ini file to the default location. c:\Users\ user \AppData\Local\sabnzbd\sabnzbd.ini Check if there is a file in that location. If all else fails, start SABnzbd like this instead: "c:\program files\SABnzbd\SABnzbd.exe"...

OKay this is really frustrating me!    I just reinstalled my sysytem with Win 7 32bit and tryed installing Sabnzdb which seems to have installed just fine but it starts up with the start up wizard!    After I complete the start up wizard and goto http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/ it just brings me back...
