Possibly you need the 0.7.0 uninstaller to remove the effects of the incorrect setting first. Confirmed, same problem in Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Problem started in 0.7.0, persists in 0.7.1 when upgrading. Ticked box to set association in installer w/o success. Registry settings stuck perhaps?
